This home is built for connection and fun, thoughtfully designed to host family reunions with up to 4 families for an unforgettable reunion or gathering. The main level features a bright, open-concept living space where the living room, large dining area, and fully stocked kitchen come together—perfect for preparing and enjoying family meals. The upper-level living area features a second living room with a dedicated kids’ area, creating a comfortable space for play and downtime. This level also includes bunk beds, two bedrooms —each with queen size beds and TV its own air-conditioning unit for added summer comfort—and a shared bathroom. The basement completes the experience with a game room area featuring arcade games, foosball table, and basketball game for hours of fun. Cabin House Guidelines To ensure a peaceful, safe, and enjoyable experience for all guests and neighbors, we kindly ask everyone to observe the following guidelines during your stay. General Stay Policies No parties or events are permitted. Third-party bookings are not allowed; the person booking must be present during the stay. Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere on the property. Alcohol and illicit drugs are not allowed on the premises. Pets are not permitted. EV charging is not available through cabin outlets. Guests with electric vehicles may use public charging stations located in town. Winter Safety Winter conditions may create wet, icy, and slippery surfaces on decks, steps, walkways, and parking areas. Winter guests are responsible for clearing snow and applying de-icer salt as needed. Please use caution at all times during snowy or icy weather. By entering the property, guests (including children and service animals) acknowledge and assume responsibility for potential risks associated with winter conditions. Caution signage is provided as a reminder to stay safe. Parking & Outdoor Care Please park thoughtfully in the driveway and do not block streets, corners, or snowplows. City fines or towing due to improper parking during snow conditions are the guest’s responsibility. ATV, motorcycle, and snowmobile speed limit is 15 MPH with lights and approved mufflers required. No stunts, off-road riding, or operation by children under 14 without adult supervision. RVs, trailers, tents, hunting, firearms discharge, fireworks, and exterior solid-fuel fires are not permitted. Due to city restrictions, please use only the propane fire pit provided and never leave it unattended. Replace the cover once cooled. Cleanliness & Furniture Care Kindly remove shoes before entering the cabin and rinse sand off feet using the outdoor hose. Please avoid placing wet towels or oily products on furniture. Use beach towels at the beach and leave them in the cabin baskets before departure. Do not move outdoor furniture, picnic benches, or umbrellas off the property. Close umbrellas at checkout to prevent wind damage. Please do not hang items or hammocks on the gazebo. Keep lawn and gazebo areas clean and free of trash. We hope your family enjoys the playground! For everyone’s safety, please supervise children at all times and help keep the area clean. While the playground is regularly maintained for guest enjoyment, use is at your own risk and responsibility.. Do not place sandy laundry in the washer or dryer. Use coasters to protect surfaces. Keep doors and windows closed to maintain cooling and prevent insects from entering. Turn off outdoor string lights when not in use. Lock all doors when leaving the property. Noise & Community Courtesy Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Please help maintain a peaceful environment for neighbors and fellow guests. Dispose of trash properly in the dumpster located at the Sweet Water entrance and follow posted rules. Personal Belongings We do not maintain a lost-and-found. Please double-check the property before departure. Guests are responsible for personal belongings left behind. Ideal Beach Resort Passes Two resort passes are provided for your enjoyment. The views from the deck were amazing! Loved the picnic area. The grandchildren loved star gazing from the backyard. The house was exactly as described. Plenty of room for everyone. Access to private resort area was a bonus!

We loved staying here!! Especially loved the backyard grass space & fire pit area! The kitchen was well stocked and loved the large dining table. The loft with all the bunks was great for the kids! Wish it had one more bathroom so each bedroom had a bathroom just short one, but everything worked great and we loved access to ideal beach which is where we have always stayed but our family has out grown. We definitely hope to come back! Thanks for a fabulous home to stay in!

No bonfires or fire pits are allowed on the property or nearby surrounding areas due to the high heat and dry temps across the state. No parties or large gatherings - must respect neighbors with quiet time of 10pm- 9am. No pets are allowed due to allergies. There are four security cameras on the exterior of the home for guest and neighborhood property safety. Cameras are located by the deck and front door (smart doorbell). We do NOT have cameras inside. We respect everyone’s privacy.
